Hello, my name is Chuck. I'm an instructional designer and eLearning specialist based in Oklahoma. I am a lifetime learner who strives to inspire others through engaging instructional design tailored for higher education, corporate, and government sectors.
I hold a Master of Education in Instructional Design and Technology. I have extensive knowledge and experience in the systematic principles and theories of instructional design. My professional background in remote state government work involves eLearning instructional design, policy and procedure, technical writing and development, content management, and staff advising and coaching as a subject matter expert (SME). I regularly work with SMEs and stakeholders in the development, revision, and implementation of eLearning and policies and procedures. Additionally, I design, develop, and deliver training to senior staff at agency workshops as an SME.
